Lemon Balm Extract – (Sweet Melissa)

$12.00

Lemon Balm –  Melissa officinalis

Beautiful Lemon Balm also known as Sweet Melissa is a favorite of bees in the garden, as well as a gentle but powerful herb for humans.  Lemon Balm is considered a nervine and can be used to calm and relax the nervous system. Use it in times of stress and jangled nerves, or when you feel like you are overworked and frazzled.  It is also an aromatc, carminative, which means it can also help nervous stomach upset and aid in calming the digestive process. I consider lemon balm to be an herb I always want to keep on hand.

This tincture is extracted in alcohol from fresh lemon balm grown in my own organic garden.
